We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Clinic and Wellness Lead to manage and oversee wellness programs and health services for employees at our Mandaluyong site. This role requires a proactive leader to ensure the effective delivery of clinic operations and wellness initiatives while fostering a culture of health, safety, and well-being across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Clinic Management:

  • Supervise and ensure smooth daily operations of the on-site clinic, including staff scheduling, service delivery, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of employee health information.
  • Coordinate medical services such as consultations, first aid, emergency care, and referrals to external healthcare providers.

Health & Wellness Initiatives:

  • Design, implement, and monitor wellness programs that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being for employees.
  • Organize health awareness campaigns, fitness activities, stress management workshops, and other wellness initiatives.
  • Provide expert guidance on health trends and employee wellness best practices to enhance engagement and productivity.

Compliance & Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, including medical protocols and other regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular reports on health and wellness program effectiveness, clinic activities, and key health metrics.

Employee Support & Engagement:

  • Act as a key point of contact for employee health concerns, providing compassionate support and guidance.
  • Foster a supportive environment that prioritizes employee well-being and work-life balance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Valid professional healthcare license (e.g., Registered Nurse) in the Philippines.
  • At least 3 years of experience in clinic management, corporate health services, or wellness program development.
  • Strong knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite for reporting and program management.
  • Experience in the BPO or contact center industry is preferred.
  • Certification in health and wellness coaching or program management is a plus.
  • Familiarity with mental health programs and employee assistance initiatives.
