What You’ll Do

As a Customer Support Representative, you’ll serve as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service while offering products and services through a consultative approach. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound customer contacts courteously and professionally
  • Resolving customer issues and ensuring first-call resolution
  • Utilizing systems to complete account management tasks and process claims
  • Staying up-to-date with program knowledge, systems, and procedures
  • Escalating issues appropriately when needed
  • Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company policies
