Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends and insights that support strategic decision-making.
  • Evaluate existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, clarify business objectives, and ensure alignment of strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings and recommendations effectively.
  • Assist senior analysts and management in implementing new systems, processes, and tools to enhance business performance.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights on business performance against objectives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a business analysis or data-focused role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, Power BI, or SQL.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Experience in the BPO or contact center industry is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, workflow automation, and business intelligence platforms.
