About You:

  • Preferably has a bachelor’s degree from a college/university or high school graduate with at least 6 months of BPO experience
  • Has excellent listening and comprehension skills.
  • Possesses good communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Quick learner and able to adapt to new processes and policies as needed.
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft applications: Word, Excel.
  • Experience in dealing with external customers who have varying requirements is an advantage.
