Role Overview
As a Seasonal Customer Service Representative, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing product information, taking orders, and resolving customer concerns with accuracy, empathy, and efficiency. This is a hybrid, full-time position lasting through mid-December, requiring onsite training and at least two onsite workdays per week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, resolving issues efficiently.
  • Understand and address customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Build trust and maintain positive relationships with customers through open communication.
  • Accurately process customer orders and provide reliable information using appropriate tools.
  • Handle complaints, identify solutions, and ensure resolution within timeframes.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers.

What We’re Looking For

  • Age Requirement: 18+ years old.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills: Strong PC skills (Windows-based applications preferred), excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication abilities.
  • Attributes: Self-motivated, focused, and able to multitask effectively.
  • Reliability: Consistent attendance and punctuality are a must.
  • Other Requirements: Must pass a background check and be available for regularly scheduled shifts, including training.

Hybrid Position Requirements

  • Workspace: A dedicated, quiet room in your home for work.
  • Internet: A hard-wired connection with at least 50 MB speed.
  • Equipment: A MacBook or Windows 10+ operating system, webcam, and headset.
  • Must be able to work at least 2 days a week onsite
