We're looking for a Human Capital (HC) Employee Relations Specialist (ERS) to help our Human Resources Department.
A Human Capital (HC) Employee Relations Specialist (ERS) is a certified professional who handles the matters of employee relations within the organization along with relevant HC duties for the organization.
HC ERS
We are looking to employ the right person, with outstanding administrative and communication skills. An HC ERS is expected to possess superb organizational and time management skills. You must be reliable and should accurately follow instructions with the ability to multitask and acclimatize in a fast-paced environment.
HC ERS Responsibilities:
- Assess disciplinary warnings
- Log all disciplinary warnings
- Assist with disciplinary investigations and disciplinary actions
- Liaise with all relevant departments or employees to obtain relevant documents or recordings for disciplinary matters
- Host refresher and/or training sessions with new and tenured support members
- Manage the scheduling of disciplinary meetings with all relevant parties, providing notices and links
- Meet with support members to develop a support plan for at risk employees
- Provide reports, minutes and/or notes from investigations and/or meetings.
- Provide support to HC projects or duties assigned that fall within the scope of the department
HC ERS Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related qualification (preferred)
- 2 years of experience as an HC Assistant (essential)
- Exposure to Labor Law and Grievance meetings (Essential).
- Effective HC administration and people management skills.
- Full understanding of HC functions and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
- Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office, Office 365 and related business and communication tools.
- Fantastic organizational and time management skills.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
Work availability should be; Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm
