Summary:
- Provide a sequence of service for all test takers once they have entered their exam through the exam submission and logging out process.
- Responsible for the service levels and monitoring of all test takers as they complete their exams online
Educational Attainment
- College Graduate (any 4 years course) or College Level
Common Qualification:
- Should be a college graduate
- Good communication skills
- Willing to work on erratic schedule - night shift, shifting schedule, weekends, and holidays
- Experience working in BPO industry is preferred but not required
- Must have a PC/laptop
