About the Role
As an HR Manager, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the employee experience in our Cebu Site. You’ll partner with leadership to implement strategic HR initiatives, manage day-to-day operations, and serve as a trusted advisor to employees at all levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the HR team, driving excellence across all HR functions including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Develop and implement innovative HR policies and programs that align with our business objectives and enhance our company culture.
  • Oversee performance management systems, providing guidance to managers on best practices in employee evaluations and development.
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture that promotes diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies while mitigating HR-related risks.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives to ensure team members are motivated, valued, and supported in their professional growth.
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational change and workforce planning.


What We're Looking For

We’re seeking an HR leader who is not only passionate about people but is also strategic and results-oriented. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a mid-level leadership role.
  • Proven experience in leading HR functions across employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • A commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse workplace culture.
