We're seeking a flexible End-User Computing (EUC) Helpdesk Support to join our IT team. As an integral part of our tech-forward company, you'll play a key role in maintaining a seamless IT infrastructure while providing innovative solutions to a diverse range of IT issues.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide innovative solutions and support for various IT issues.
  • Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLA) for Help Topics.
  • Gather essential data before escalating issues to superhero status.
  • Monitor server notification emails and respond promptly.
  • Document support-related processes and procedures with precision.
  • Install and administer network equipment, including routers, gateways, switches, access points, wireless controllers, printers, IP phones, etc.
  • Perform server hardware and software installations and configurations.
  • Manage Network Management System (NMS) monitoring and alerts with precision.
  • Conduct daily and quarterly network and system maintenance.
  • Demonstrate expertise in system log management and handle system backup/restore, replication, and migration.
  • Craft basic scripts for system automation and integration (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  • Conduct basic to intermediate-level application testing and report bugs.
  • Execute scheduled hardware maintenance to keep the machines running smoothly.
  • Manage Incident Reports with leadership and provide weekly IT-related project and issue reports.
  • Perform additional work-related tasks/reports assigned by Immediate Superiors.

About You:

  • Degree in IT or related discipline, open for Fresh Graduates!
  • Preferably CISCO certified or holds any IT-related certifications.
  • 1+ years of experience in an IT-related field preferable but not required.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills with strong knowledge of network or dialer equipment.
  • Proficient in Windows Operating System and Windows server applications.
  • Knowledgeable in patch management, firewalls, proxy, etc.
  • Experience with Linux, VPN, and SQL Database administration.
  • Proficient in server-side scripting (PHP/Perl/Bash/Python).
  • Experience collaborating with 3rd party service providers.
  • Strong logic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
