Customer Service & Sales Representative (Remote – Nova Scotia or New Brunswick)
Full-Time | Work from Home | Bilingual (English/French) – $19.00/hr
Are you confident, energetic, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced customer service and sales environment? We’re looking for Customer Service Representatives in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick to support inbound customer service and consultative sales calls for globally recognized brands.
This is a remote position, and we provide all the equipment you need to succeed from the comfort of your home.
$19.00/hour for bilingual (English/French) representatives

Answer inbound customer service and sales calls professionally and enthusiastically
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products and services
Navigate multiple systems and complete account management tasks accurately
Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction on the first call
Follow scripts, policies, and procedures while adapting to each customer's needs
Maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive information
Participate in training and stay up to date with system and product updates
Collaborate with your team and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment
Required:
Must be 18+ years old
Must live in Nova Scotia or New Brunswick
High school diploma or equivalent
Wired, high-speed internet (minimum download speed: 20 Mbps)
Ability to work full-time (36–40 hours/week) and during training hours
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with typing (20+ WPM), multitasking, and navigating computer systems
Customer-focused, reliable, and self-motivated
Able to pass a background check
Preferred:
Previous experience in sales, call centers, or customer service
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and handling objections
