Support Services Group is looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth. We are seeking individuals who possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for assisting customers.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone and email.

Provide accurate information on auto glass products and services.

Prepare estimates, schedule appointments, and process customer orders.

Maintain detailed documentation of all interactions and sales.

Conduct follow-up calls on unsold estimates to convert them into sales.

Support team members by assisting with tasks during their absence.

Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.

      Experience:

      - Previous experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles is preferred.

      - Proficiency in multilingual communication is a plus.

      - Strong data entry skills and ability to navigate computerized systems effectively.

      - Familiarity with inbound and outbound sales techniques and sales strategies.

      - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving.

      - Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
